Minimum Order Price
FTCI Delhi Export Unit has set minimum order value to Rs. 300/-. This means customers cannot place the order if the order total is below Rs 300/-.
For Cart Value above Rs. 5000.00 shipping charges will be free across India.
Payment Method
FTCI accepts only online payment through credit card, debit card. We do not accept the Cash On Delivery right now.
Shipping Policy
FTCI provides free shipping for all E-Commerce orders across India. Following are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of products.
Dispatch: FTCI will dispatch products for orders received within 7 working days from the date of order. Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway/bank.
Delivery: We ship the products through reputed courier/cargo service providers. Expected delivery time is 7 days from dispatch within India. The delivery time may exceed for remote locations.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
FTCI accepts returns only in following cases:
1. Products are received in damaged condition
2. Products received are different from those ordered
In any of these cases, the customer can return the products to FTCI. FTCI will replace the product within 30 working days.
Customer should adhere to following guidelines for returning products:
- Please inform FTCI customer care through email or phone immediately on the receipt of the product about damage or problems on phone no: 011-26486920
- Please retain original packing including tags, labels and products should be returned in the same conditions as delivered. Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found which are obvious to be done by the customer, return won’t be accepted.
Based on the instructions from FTCI executives, the customer can ship the product through courier back to FTCI.
